First United Methodist Church of Pace has two Sunday morning worship services and quarterly prayer services on Sunday nights.
The Traditional Service at 8:30am
The Traditional Service at 8:30am meets in the Main Sanctuary and includes piano-led hymns, choral anthems, prayer, and a message.
The Contemporary Service at 11:00am
The Contemporary Service at 11:00am meets in the Main Sanctuary and combines contemporary worship with traditional elements from our Christian Heritage. Holy Communion is celebrated weekly in the service.
Prayer and Healing Service (Quarterly-Sunday Nights at 5pm)
Once a quarter we gather together for a time of prayer, scripture reading and spiritual healing. We all need healing of some sort: physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual. While we cannot avoid all pain and suffering, we can be assured that God stands with us in our suffering. This service does not guarantee “cures,” but it does provide an atmosphere in which healing can happen. The greatest healing of all is the reconciliation of people with God and with one another.
